All items available in store (marked with a green dot) are actually available in our physical store. This allows a very quick delivery.
The average delivery time for shipments to Italy is 2 working days.
The average delivery time for shipments to other European countries is 5 working days.
Items available on pre-order (marked with a red dot) are available in our suppliers warehouses. Delivery times depends on the warehouse location and each suppliers' logistic system. I'll keep you informed about the expected delivery time.
We use express couriers such as TNT, DHL and SDA. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive the tracking code and it is usually active the courier's automatic notification service as well.
Shipping costs depend from country and package size. You can discover an item's shipping cost by adding it to your cart and clicking the "calculate shipping cost" button.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The CLIENT who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to DETOUR.SURF through an explicit declaration, which can be sent by email.
The CUSTOMER may exercise the right of withdrawal also by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the standard withdrawal form, as per Annex I, part B, D.Lgs 21/2014 (not mandatory) whose text is shown below:

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he informed DETOUR.SURF of his desire to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The direct costs of returning the products are charged to the CUSTOMER.
The goods must be returned in the same conditions in which it was sent, intact, in the original packaging, with labels and tags intact and not removed from the article, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals , cables, etc.) and complete the annexed fiscal documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the foregoing, DETOUR.SURF will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, excluding any shipping costs.
As foreseen by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, DETOUR.SURF may suspend reimbursement until receipt of goods.
DETOUR.SURF will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the CLIENT intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he will have to provide DETOUR.SURF, by accessing the contact section, the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for repayment, by DETOUR.SURF.
In case of withdrawal for the purchase made with gift card and loyalty voucher, the amount will be returned to the CUSTOMER with a purchase voucher identified with a promotional code that will be sent to the CUSTOMER's email address.
The purchase voucher will have validity of 1 years and can be used by the CUSTOMER for subsequent purchases in a single solution.
